Landlocked kitchen and bathroom – extractor vents not connected to the outside?

Listed Georgian property – unwittingly damaged by electrical installation

Following a ‘first fit’ electrical installation, undertaken by an electrical contracting company, it was noted that work was incomplete and not as per the original specification. Further observations note the work has not been completed with due diligence and much of the work is not fit for purpose and amendments are required to accommodate the successful application of lime plaster.
